The hotel is situated on the top floor, featuring a beautiful period decor with large floor to ceiling windows and a cozy fireplace, offering plenty of elbow room for a comfortable stay. While the entrance level can be noisy due to the thin entrance door, the location is perfect for exploring the 400-year-old city on foot.

Staying at this hotel was like being at home but with a beautiful period decor and large windows that let in lots of natural light. The fireplace in the room added a cozy touch, however, there wasn't much seating area available. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially thanks to Marie and Ellen. The location is a perfect combination of being higher up behind the Chateau Frontenac and close to all the main sights of the Old Town. The peaceful sloping street makes it a charming spot just minutes from the Citadel and Old Town. The dining experience in their beautiful garden offers a decent breakfast selection, including delicious croissants and fresh fruit. The hotel could benefit from more dining variety, especially in the breakfast options. Overall, my stay was fantastic for exploring by foot, but the entrance level could be improved as it's a bit congested with people coming in and out.

I had a delightful stay at this charming hotel. The tiny economy room to the rear of the property overlooked a pretty back garden, giving it a cozy feel. The service was exceptional, with the staff being accommodating, helpful, and full of great recommendations for exploring the city. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Old Quebec, near iconic landmarks such as the Chateau Frontenac. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited breakfast options. Despite this, my overall experience was fantastic.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of old Quebec, within the old city walls and close to all the main sights.
